Founded in 2005, Agattu Builders has grown from a small team with big dreams into a trusted name in residential construction. We’ve handled various projects over the years, each refining our expertise and commitment to quality. From our initial home builds to expanding our reach, our journey reflects dedication to craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Villa Vaal Boerdery (Pty) Ltd acquired Agattu Builders in 2005, continuing a family legacy in construction established by the director’s late father. From 2006 to 2014, the company successfully completed 25 residential projects valued at over R60 million, with a strong focus on luxury homes in Burgersfort and Sharalumbi Wildlife Estate. In 2015, the director and his family relocated to Langebaan, where the company continued delivering high-quality homes with the support of trusted local subcontractors.

Agattu built 13 luxury houses on the Langebaan Country Estate since 2015. Because of the quality of our building works, we were appointed by the Developer of the Langebaan Country Estate to build two apartment blocks consisting of 12 luxury apartments. The first block was successfully completed in October 2025 and the completion date for the second block is October 2026. We were also contracted by the Developer to build the Padel court clubhouse and to do extensive renovations to the Range Cafe on the Estate.
